Shower is too small, no internet, no restaurants. Good for family or short stay. Avoid it for business trips
Thought it was very relaxing, the staff were very friendly and helpful and it was great value for money. Breakfast was a lot better than I expected as were the size of the rooms. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
I liked a reseptionist, he was very nice. And we had very good room.
Very friendly and helpful staff. I appreciated particularly the nice sweeming pool. Close to bus stop.
Quiet, rooms were big and comfortable.
Very disappointed with the swimming pool that's what we were looking forward too.
Large room with balcon, satellite tv, overall cleanliness, effective ari conditioning, fairly good breakfast, kind staff.
Basic and not much safe locking system of room doors, hot water not so warm, unidentified mechanical noises during the night, lack of instructions for using room phone.
The main reson we booked this hotel was because it had a swimming pool. The pool looked really good but unfortunatly was closed during our stay... Big dissapoitment.
The staff at this hotel were very pleasant and were willing to answer any questions we had.
This room was not as it was described on Booked.net... We requested a twin room and were given a room with a double bed. When asked for the room we requested we were told that there were no more. The shower in the bathroom was so small that my 4'11'' mother could barely fit into it... The television did not work and we were not given a replacement. Booked.net put this hotel near the Vatican and it was so far away that we had to three different buses to get there. Not what we were looking for.
Swimming pool that was promised is not going to work for the whole summer, airconditioning was pretty non-existant on 35 degrees celzius.
Plenty of space (it was a small apartment), great price, clean, and easy access via short city buss trip into heart of Rome
It was perfect for my families needs.
Unfortunately we did not find anything to like about this hotel. It is not well kept.
This is not really a hotel as such. It is a residencial building was a number of rooms available to rent. The residences control the building as they should, but it appears that they are not willing to keep the building and ground at their best. The pool was green and close, the carpets were needing replacement, the walls were dirty, and the furniture is very old and needs immediate replacement if this hotel is going to get any repeat visitors. Overall this is bearly a one star facility and would never return again.
I liked the cleanliness of the bathroom and the location of the hotel
I did not like very much the staff and the room itself because it had no heating, the furniture was quite old and it wasn't very clean (the carpet especially)
Loved the space in most of our rooms (we had 4). Loved the location, as we were able to catch the metro bus right at the hotel or ride the shuttle for the sister hotel next door. All but one of the staff were helpful, courteous, friendly and tried very hard to make our stay a great one. Loved the lattes at breakfast each day and the service at breakfast was fantastic.
We did not like the noise one night due to a Toyota convention next door, which included loud music until after 3am. We did not care for one of the staff people who seemed to always give us wrong information and to avoid having to talk to us or help us. She was the only one though; the rest were extremely helpful. The printed directions that the hotel gave out about getting around town on the bus were incomplete and left off vital information to be able to follow the directions.
There was a really good administrator - don't remember his name - he told us a lot of Rome (how, were to go and etc.). Really big rooms.
